Who do you work with?
I work with individuals aged 16+ in one-to-one sessions.
When and where do you work?
I offer daytime and evening sessions on weekdays. These can be in my consulting room in central Taunton, over the phone or online. I am happy to provide more information on how phone and online sessions work.
How much do you charge?
I charge £40 per session. Sessions last for 50 minutes.
What happens at the first session?
The first session gives us a chance to discuss why you are seeking therapy, answer any questions you may have about the process and decide whether we could work together. If we decide not to, I may point you toward other sources of help.
What are counselling sessions like?
Sessions provide a safe space where you can talk about any aspect of your life with a non-judgemental professional outside of your normal environment. We will take the sessions at a pace that you feel comfortable with.
How often would I see you?
I usually see people on a weekly basis, at the same time and day each week. We can agree this in our first session.
